by 2 weeks!! We've been having some issues with the type of loan the lady purchasing our house is using and we're having to jump through all sorts of hoops to get everything to go through... so we found out today that MORE hoops have to be jumped through and now everything is getting pushed back... which is frustrating cuz we just moved out of our house yesterday when now we could have lived there for 2 more weeks. AND we weren't going to have to pay May's mortgage or association fee, or home equity loan payment, BUT now we have to pay all that because our closing will be into May. All extremely frustrating.
Anyways, we're just praying that all these hoops are worth it and the house is still able to sell but man this is a pain....

I know it's frustrating when these things happen (ask your folks) but we need to look at the final outcome. As you well know, all these trials make us stronger. Here's a verse that has meant so much to me lately - Nahum 1:7 The Lord is good, a refuge in times of trouble. He cares for those who trust in him. Say it out loud like a prayer.
I do know that these sorta things are frustrating. We sold our house and ended up taking almost a month later than they said originally to get everything moving. I know several people who have bought/sold homes recently and they are having trouble too. It's an economic thing, so hang in there, it will get better! {{hugs}}
